About This Project

The Nike Speaker Series was a way to bring new, informative and interesting information to internal Nike teams, both domestic and internationally. This information came from thought leader speaker events featuring authors like Malcolm Gladwell and Seth Godin, who educated employees on industry and marketing trends in order to help maintain Nike’s relevance in the market.

Additionally, I developed quarterly brand recap videos for all US Nike offices so they could review, discuss, and direct change and future goals for their marketing strategies.

My Role

During my time with Nike, I produced, designed, and created original media presentations, images, and videos for internal marketing intel. I was also responsible for distributing internal marketing concepts & key initiatives domestically and internationally. I developed key marketing points on DVD and web, and managed the outsourcing and timelines for all media development.

Additionally, I managed internal domestic and international access to a proprietary consumer-based website for employees, and managed the creative direction of production briefs, designs, and creative processes partnered with the Nike Brand Design. I also set yearly visual goals for the planning process, which included aligning imagery, audio, and video with the vision and voice of Nike.

What I Enjoyed Most

Providing some of the greatest and most innovative minds in marketing an opportunity to review their “highlight reel” and helping them re-evaluate strategically and focus on future visual direction and planning brought me immense satisfaction.
