About This Project

TiVo’s overall brand, website, and social channels needed to be brought up to date in order to create and maintain consistent relevance in the market. A content strategy and calendar were developed to revitalize content across the TiVo blog, Facebook, and Twitter.

My Role

During this process, I managed partnerships and developed strategies and creative work with outside agencies, as well as PR and editorial staff who contributed to the new content. Through our hard work, we increased organic and earned engagements on both Facebook and Twitter by 3.5%, as well as average follower growth by 580 MOM.

What I Enjoyed Most

Pushing the creative teams to be clever week after week was challenging and exciting, and testing our success by putting content in front of internal team members to see if they could guess the answers was entertaining.
