I worked for LeapFrog as a producer handling social media, website, and content strategy, production, and development. The overall goals for my position were to maximize content and product adoption across the LeapFrog Parent’s Community website, newsletter, and app, driving traffic to the community site and product purchases.
During my time with LeapFrog, I conceived, launched, and partnered on multiple MarCom campaigns that funneled into the content production for the LeapFrog & Learning Path website, and led all functions and operations to fulfill editorial publishing plans. I developed and managed the editorial staff for campaigns, including copy editors, writers, bloggers/vloggers, production artists, and curriculum designers.
The campaigns I worked on included LeapPad, LeapReader School Readiness, LeapBand, and LeapTV, and involved school partnerships, Nickelodeon & Disney partnerships, infographics, articles on Huffington Post & Buzzfeed, and social strategies.
I also developed multiple creative strategies to build a consistent social presence for LeapFrog’s Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and Instagram channels with the goal of maximizing community engagement and product promotion. This resulted in LeapFrog’s Facebook page maintaining consistent growth beyond 1 million fans under my leadership, as well as the launch of their Instagram account in 2014.
I was responsible for measuring and analyzing how LeapFrog’s social campaign strategies performed against key metrics and making adjustments so those campaigns met or exceeded company goals and objectives.
Providing consistent helpful content that our consumers & parents were drawn to and truly valued was a very gratifying experience
